Friday Welcome Party: Boho farm night — relaxed but intentional.
Saturday Wedding: Elevated garden party — blazer encouraged, tie optional, color encouraged (black/very dark navy suits less preferred).

We’re keeping this weekend mostly adults-only, with some small family exceptions. If that applies to you, it will be clear on your invitation.

Plus-ones are by invitation only (if your invite includes a guest, you’ll see it listed).

Please arrive by no later than 4:00 PM to have time to park, settle in, and mingle before things begin.

We’re not planning to provide shuttles. We suggest coordinating a rental car with others, or taking the bus into Boulder and using Uber/Lyft around town.

Mostly outdoors — but you can sneak away indoors at both venues.
Welcome party: outdoors on the farm (grass), with an indoor area available (bathrooms + A/C).
Wedding: outdoors under a tent (solid flooring), with an indoor area available at the venue (bathrooms + A/C).
After Party: indoors
Sunday: outdoors at the park (grass).

Expect hot, sunny days and comfortable evenings. Mid-day temps are often around 85–95 °F (and can feel intense in the sun), while evenings usually drop to about 65–75 °F.
Afternoon thunderstorms can pop up, but they tend to pass quickly and the post-storm evenings are beautiful.
Plan for sun + heat + dry air. Drink water, bring sunscreen and chapstick, and consider a light layer for later at night. -
There’s no cell service up the canyon / at the venue, but there will be WiFi.

At the wedding, we’ll have an open bar, apps, and a buffet-style dinner.

Not an obligation! Just a very casual end-of-weekend hangout where you’ll have one last chance to say your goodbyes or kill time after you’ve checked out of your hotel / Airbnb. We will be settled at some picnic tables.
There is parking available at Eben G., and there is street parking at the very west end of Arapahoe Avenue.
We will be gathering around 11 AM.
